“It was a chance encounter that I came across the Buggy Fit group. I'd just dropped my son off at school and bumped into a small group of lovely women just starting out on their session. They invited me to join and at the time I thought why not! I started the following week and I'm so glad I did. I'd had gym memberships for years and tried various classes to keep fit but once the novelty had worn off so did my attendance. With Maureen it's completely different and in actual fact quite addictive. I've now increased my training with Maureen to 2-3 times a week and absolutely love it. Maureen is an inspirational women who will give you the confidence and self-belief that you can get fit whatever your starting ability. For me it's made a massive difference to my health that came quite unexpected. Before training with Maureen I suffered for over two years with chronic migraine and took a daily drug to manage this but since training I have dropped the medication as the number of attacks has dramatically reduced. My GP is very happy and so am I.“

“When I met Maureen in mid April I was totally unfit, with no regular training for over 10 years. I could not run at all nor lift any weight. Since Mid April we train regularly twice a week, one PT and one group session. Now I feel healthy, I lost 10 kg from my last pregnancy and I can run 5 km. Maureen is an excellent certified trainer and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.“

“I have been training for one month with Maureen, starting after 6 weeks of the birth of my second baby. Maureen is very professional in postnatal recovery training. She designed the session in a way that gradually guide my body without pushing it too hard. After each of the session I don’t feel any pain or discomfort but yet I feel my potential was explored during the training. Thanks to the nice weather in June we have been training one on one outdoors in the park, it’s such a refreshing hour of my day, i enjoyed not only the physical workout part but also just have the full hour by myself, breathing and sweating the pressure off. I highly recommend Maureen to any mamas who wants to work out after giving birth!“
